No. The program is designed to help you with dental costs and is not required to be paid back.
The program is a discount and hence does not require to be given back.
In order to secure your grant and program benefits, for your assessment with the providers office a $25 deposit is necessary to secure your appointment. That will be collected over the phone by the provider’s office.
The deposit is to secure your appointment and to make sure you are able to be present for your assessment and to keep your Grant and its benefits active.
This deposit is irrelevant of any insurance you may or may not have.
If you fail to be present to your assessment the deposit will be forfeited. If for any reason you are unable to keep your assessment the providers office will reschedule your assessment as a courtesy to a different date. The deposit is non transferable and will not be refunded if the participant fails to keep his/her appointment.
